Aqua-Soft ForumsI would like to know if theres a program that makes visual effects on a monitor, like blurs, or make the screen fuzzy (like when the TV is not getting the signal correctly and makes a fuzzy screen) make the screen seem like is having lines moving in it (like when you have a camera and the camera faces the computer monitor and theres horizontal lines moving up) and finally make the screen all green like a radar, is there such application?

because its fun to leave it as a screen saver...
well, not that i have ever seen or heard, but maybe (MAYBE!) i will make somthing in my spare time to do so. Ill PM you if i do, but i wont guarantee that i will.
