also i have the same problem with avedesk if anybody knows it loads but dosent load my icons my settings?

There is 2 solutions to your start up problem.
1. Download the latest nightly version, you can then select the start up button. (look a few threads up from this one to find the nightly version)
2. Add a shortcut to your start up folder.
Don't know the answer to your avedesk problem, but I would suggest the search function. Most problems have been encountered before and many solutions found.
