Who loves the clear-colored Apple plastics?

I still like the old macs, the 'classics'. They relaunched Apple back into innovation, and as I said, for its time thier was just nothing that "different" out there... and yay for colours.

But they've had thier time (IMHO), and yeah I think Its good that Apple is constantly changing thier use of materials. While colour is gone, theres still no denying that Apple keeps looking flashier and is still "thinking different"... just have a look at the new iMac in person- its breathtaking.

well, yeah new iMac is good, its just when I see Macworlds from the 90s, it makes me real happy about those color machines, and then when I see WWDC 2007, I get very intrested on Leopard. Its like all Macworlds and WWDCs make you love their macs more than ever.

I think TBO thats how every mac lover feels. This may sound weird but I know that when I see a mac on t.v, the web, out and about I always get this butterfly sensation in my stomach of satisfaction. ALL macs are good but to me, th best macs are the new macs. IMO i prefer, sleek, modern and professional looking computers and the new line macs have certainly be placed in that criteria.

Well... yeah, I admit, I love the new iMac and the Mac pro and the MacBook pro, it seems I am starting to like the new designs over the white ones...

well honestly,when i saw that keynote by stevejobs and i saw new imacs,i was a bit skeptical ,especially because when showcased apple showed them without there regular blue screen and it was black,and it didnt really made a good impression,

then i was in the apple store,again rambling through macs(i sware they are soon gonna have sign not allowing me there,i hang there way tooooo much:D)

and i saw the new design ,and what can i say,it was awsum,i felt like a fool doubting it ever ....

a line could explain everything:early apple with colorfull machine =rebels or pirates

new apple :sophistication(not confuse with machinization though..)

I really dont care what people say... I dont care... the world wide web is not limited to the majority of what people say, its for every one to express there selfs... but seems you guys just dont like old mac, thats fine, I dont care. but dont take me wrong, I like any mac, I just like the old ones better, thats all... but I know I cant just go in the past an live in 1998, I know... but I am getting used to the new ones now, it takes time...

I wasn't saying that, I like the old Macs as well as the new ones. My point was only that in terms of thinking different, Apple is still doing that, despite the changes to hardware or whatever. I really like how the old Macs still look cool and modern today, like the iMac G4 and even the G3.

A green iMac G3 lives upstairs. It's not loved much, but greatly apreciated whenever I see it
