I have access to all of the panther icons. I will try to fill some of these requests as soon as possible.
[EDIT: It will take me a while to convert these icons from Mac icons to .pngs so please be patient, thanks!]

IconWorkshop can read Mac-Icons, and there are enough people out here with that program.

This is apparently the only size this icon comes in, as it really isn't an icon but just a decoration image.

Yeah, I have IconWorkshop. I don't like it very much though. Are there any other comparable programs for XP like it?

Nephilim, thank you so very very much for the excellent Address Book icon. I have just recently switched from Outlook to Mozilla Mail for my mail management and I also converted all of my Address Books, and now I wanted a Dock Icon for it! Thanks a ton! And to all of those out there who dont believe in the search function, I put in "Address Book" and in under 3 frikken minutes I found exactly what I was looking for! Use a [Req] only when needed after you've already tried a serch for the love of god!
Anyone has the official OS X's Flash and Dreamweaver icon or png?

Please be VERY careful with releasing artwork that is not done by you. Authors can get really pissed off (for example Goku himself had a problem like that lately). Some of them won't be satisfied with credit given, so rather post links.
An advise to make your life easier here
