[vs] Neowin - Beta

Well, I just just started this theme and it is my first one. It was gonna be a tribute to Neowin, but midway through Neowin closed down ... so even more of a reason for a tribute

I havent finished the windows, or start menu, and also i would like to thank m2x for working with me on this theme.

Please leave comments, critiques, ideas, ect...

I do need help, how could I make the start button have less space around it?

sorry, i'm not much of a themer, but it looks like a good start! (Y)

the gradient on the taskbar items look a little off, but maybe it's just me.

and the start button looks a little odd. it's like the middle part of the logo, where i'd prefer the whole logo, but much much smaller.

good color choice and style. keep up the good work!
