hmm... never tried any other sites. Repidshare suxx bigtime, so thought I would try Uploading.com.

Anyway, since my host warned me once for overloaded bandwidth.. I stopped putting files to share on my FTP.

Besides, if it's just a matter of going through lot of steps... he shouldn't crib that much for free stuff now, should he? I hope he was having some other problem with the site other than going through too much.

Yes, you're right, it's free so no reason to complain.

In my case, I had javascript disabled, so I couldn't get to it until I enabled it for the site.

Don't know, maybe that was alabanco problem too.
