Cannot Drag Recycle Bin

When i drag the recycle bin into the dock, the exclusion cursor comes up. So i check if RK Launcher has the trash under exclusions, and it doesn't.

Right click the dock, and see if you have checked "Lock icons" or whatever.

If it's checked, uncheck it.

Add the png icon to the x:rklauncherRK_Launcher_04_Betaicons folder from there goto the dock and right click the trash bin and choose the properties of docklet... and now you can change the icon.
