People in the United Kingdom will be able to get their hands on an iPhone, when it makes its debut on November 9. For the UK, the exclusive carrier will be O2.
Pricing starts with 8GB model for £269 (inc VAT) and plans start at £35.

Germany will also get them on November 9 on T-Mobile, and Orange will be used in France.

At the "Foire Expo Internationale de Marseille", in France, I have seen a demonstration iPhone. The first time I see it. The screen is ... wow. Inredible contrast and resolution. Pixels are very very very smalls. Amazing. I'm a little sad to don't have see the system in action. Price exceptionnaly for the Foire Expo : with Orange, about 500€ ; without any abonnement, 1200€ 
. I prefer to waiting for Christmas, and pay for a MacBook Pro (I want it à the end of the year).
