Folder Info

Im using avedesk and i use the pidl shortcut desklet. Now, here's the problem-

using the correct sublabel codes, i can get a pidl shortcut that is linked to a drive (say C:/ for example) to have information about that drive underneath the icon- such as space left, space taken etc. Now that only works with DRIVE'S. I made another shortcut, which is linked to my music folder in another drive. I want that shortcut to have the same, if not similar information as it does with the Drive shortcut, but it doesnt seem to work.

It cannot show the amount of files in that folder, how many gbs its taken up, nothing. The only information that works so far is "date created" code- and thats useless!

So can anyone help me?

That's odd...I've had it work for folders before. I don't really recall, but maybe there are different codes for drives vs. folders?

are you sure you got it right? go>right click>desklet properties>Label Format(tab) then type "%f files, %s" at the sublabel box(without the quotation marks) an it should display --- files, ---- MB/GB
