MacSearch/Switch problems

I recently downloaded MacSearch and MacSwitch, but they don't seem to be working correctly. The skins and icons aren't appearing, just text. Here's what I mean:

I tried downloading and then restarting but it still wouldn't work.....

Try making sure that the work folder for the applications is set to the folder with the Skins folder.
