it's strange. i notice that the windows file protection dialog seems to pop up every now and then, and i don't know why. i haven't changed any system files except for the uxtheme.dll, but it's never popped up before.
what's interesting to note is that it seems to pop up whenever the samurize client resets (not all the time, but whenever it does pop up, it does so at the same time).
is anyone else having this problem? maybe i'll just repatch for the heck of it and see if that does anything.

if you changed the uxtheme there's going to be a popup asking you to put your xp cd in
here's what you can do follow this link and get an app called uxthemepatcher (or something like that) and that should solve your problems
*remember to backup important files

oh i forgot about this thread. i actually repatched my uxtheme using a uxtheme patcher and all is well. (Y) thanks guys.
