First Icon Set

This is my first icon set. It's based on the iPhone type icons. Should I continue these? Please give feedback, thanks.

Very nice, but the design is inconsistent (some are cropped, some are resized and centred).

It looks like you've taken someone's icons and put them into rounded square placeholders. Plus icons taken are from different sets. Check out my blog for daily quality icons.
