The icon on the link is an archived Resource, you don't need an expander, try The Unarchiver it is just 1.6 Mb but support Zip, Tar-GZip, Tar-BZip2, Rar, 7-zip, LhA, StuffIt and many other more or less obscure formats. Additionally it alters the default Mac BOMArchiver, so you can unstuff files without opening any application.
