Sometimes all you have to do is ask the author of the screenshot.

jrhidaka told me that the ketchup icons are by blaugrana-tez and available on Hollywood GUI. The main forums on Hollywood GUI are now able to be seen and accessed by all registered members. So all you have to do is go to HGUI, register, search through blaugrana-tez posts and you should find them pretty quickly (I did). Believe me, I would have posted them here to make it easier for everyone to get them, but HGUI has rules against this.

The ichat icon is also by blaugrana-tez, but he said that he couldn't give it to me without his permission, and even if he does, I don't know if I could release it here. Maybe or maybe not, guess I'll have to see.

Yeah, that's what I thought. He hasn't replied back yet and I don't think he will, so no ichat icon for me either. Well, at least we found all the others.
