Attached is how the main page renders, for me, in firebird.
Main Page Renders Incorrectly In Firebird
are you on a nightly build of phoenix if so thats prob the issue, cause it worked fine in the offical release of it when i tested it :S
Yes, I have been on the nightlies ever since I started using firebird. In every build, the main page renders that way. I am not pressing stop before it finishes loading.
I am on the nightlys too, and it works fine in Linux and Windows.
OK, if I click the Aqua-Soft link at the top of the page, I get the same render problem as bangbang023 in Firebird.
But if I type in the address, it works fine.
Wierd.
there is also a problem with how Konqueror renders the page.
renders fine in Konqueror for me. Version 3.1.3.
But I dont like Konqueror. <_<
I bet this is that MS compatability crap Tim insisted on. Screw the huddled masses!!
Just so you know you're not insane, I get the same problem with the main page... maybe it has something to do with
nglayout.initialpaint.delay
which is, at default, 250. I'll check that now. (if you went on the Firebird tips and tricks page and modified user.js to 'speed up page rendering times' then this is what's changed..)
-=EDIT=- Nope, that's not the culprit. Changed it back to default and main page renders the same. Odd. -=/EDIT=-
page renders fine, but somethign is fecked up, :S i'll look into it,
I get the same error in FireBird 0.6.1 release.
it's even more messed up now for me. so screwed up a screenshot cant capture a large enough area to show how evertything is misaligned
mainpage fixed i think, if someone on the team wants to do a mainpage by all means please do so, got too many sites i got to work on now ![]()

still screwed up for me, just like it was in the screenshot i posed up top, sorry dude.
Well, whatever you did, it fixed it for me, even if it didn't work for the others.
For those who it's still not working: Did you try clearing your cache before viewing?
Works for me now too.
All good for me...on Mozilla Firebird .6.
i just downloaded firebird, shows the page fine, so not sure what it could be, (this was a nightly)
I made a new profile and it works fine, sorry.
Does the same thing for me, but only did it after I logged in from the main page. If I hold down shift, then hit refresh, it works fine. But, if I go into the forums, then back to the main page, it looks messed up.
Yeah... It doesn't look correctly on Mozilla Firbird nightly builds.
i'm using firebird 0.6.1 and it's always been working fine for me..
