Leopard Skin for Tiger System Prefs

I wasn't going to do any posts for a while, but I squeezed a little time while working last night. This resulted in a quick uprating of my Tiger system prefs screen. Its not intended to be perfect, but rather a quick update with the new icons, some of the new apps listed and the new traffic lights.

Put the folder into your skins directory and then update the ini file to target the new skin (see readme). You can target your own apps from the interface if you don't like the defaults
