Transparent Windows/Apps - OS X

I'm looking for help again. I don't what I've done to produce it, but all the apps I open have gone semi-transparent, Safari, Vienna, Mailplane, iPhoto, etc.

I'd love to be able to reverse this as it's starting to annoy me, but I don't know how.

Finder is fine, if that narrows it down.

I do use Onyx and I've now run it back to all the default settings.

I thought it was related to a theme, but I'm getting the same result on the default aqua theme.

Anyone able to offer me any help?

Could be SetAlphaValue. Have a look at the application menu.

Okay mps69... comes with Crystal clear theme.
