Hello !
I want to make a new controle panel like OS X panther but i don't know how to execute.cpl files . I found this solution : running at dos command
"rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvtuicpl.cpl,%*"
It work fine but i always have a command prompt in background and this is not nice. so if someone know how to do this please reply

Just create a shortcut to the .cpl file.
*.cpl files can be executed just by double clicking on them.

My problem is that i am not a developper and the software that i use can't execute command (designed for multimedia presentations) --> i can do rollovers and execute some links with limitation. and this is the preview of my work :

yeah, it looks great. you might want to contact some developers on this forum for some help. they might be able to put something together with your input.
This is just from the top of my head and I am on a W2K machine.
Have you tried "control timedate.cpl" from the DOS prompt?
Another example:
To access: Display Properties\Settings
Use: control desk.cpl,Display,4
