Side tab application?

I've seen many people use this application on their screenshots, I know this is for Mac OSX but I've also heard people use this on windows desktops, does anyone know where I can get this app? (Unless it really doesn't work on windows)

Specific windows apps? Look at Launch Tab or Object Dock Plus.

You can make tabs with AveDesk & SysStats fairly easily.

I achieved something like that with Objectdock Plus, I just created a new tab dock for each one of those side tabs I wanted, each tabbed dock having only one tab.
