This is a userstyle I created for the Google home page.
Tried to compress the linked background image as much as poss without losing quality.
It's for 1280 × 1024 resolutions and will only work on google.com at the mo
Anyway for those who don't already have it, it's a cinch to use this style with Stylish

cool! but i can't get to install it was just a folder and on the instruction it says it was an app.
Assuming you are using Firefox you first need to install Stylish :: Firefox Add-ons.
After you have installed that and restarted Firefox, you then go to Google Leopard Search | userstyles.org, click on 'Load into Stylish' and you are done.
There are plenty of other site styles and firefox mods on userstyles.org that use the stylish extension to implement.
