Aqua-Soft ForumsOk so ive had Pokemon Pearl now for a while nowand have been really impressed with the new features. the 3d graphics are cool, i like the night and day feature, the new pokemon are great i especially like my primplup and the most fantastic feature is the Wifi battling. what new features have impressed the most with?

I like the original versions (Red, Blue and Yellow). Silver, Gold, etc, got ridiculously stupid.
Wi-Fi battling and trading is by far the best addition to the franchise.
3D? Barely!
There are so few games that actually use the DS's capabilities to it's full advantage.
Also, I think the pokemon games got old just after gold, however, I'm certain they'll just keep going, as they are probably the best games availible for gameboy/ds. Also, in 10 years no kid would want to be playing 10-20 year old games, no matter how great they may be.
Me heart Pokemon Silver. After that, though, it was a wee bit ridiculous.
That and I don't want to pay for a DS. And I lost all my other handhelds over the last 4 or 5 years.

Wuzzie, Final Fantasy franchise is almost 20 years old, yet people still enjoy it. If you talking about the games not franchise, Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl haven't even been out for one year yet.
