Recycle Bin PidlShortcut Label Gets Cut Off or Disappears After Emptying

I've been using Avedesk for awhile now, but this is my first time using labels with it and this doesn't happen if I'm not using any labels.

I using Avedesk 2.0 beta and have a Recycle Bin PidlShortcut. This is what it looks like when it's empty:

This is how it looks full:

And this is how it looks after I right click on it and empty it by selecting 'Empty Recycle Bin':

or sometimes it looks like this:

I've done a complete uninstall and reinstall of Avedesk 1.3 and 2.0 beta, with and without SysStats, and no matter what everytime I'm using any kind of label and I empty it, I get the above results.

Anyone know how to fix this?

A little update:

I've discovered that this not only happens when I'm using a label on the recycle bin, but also when I have a sublabel that repositions itself according to the bin's contents. So when I'm not using a sublabel, everythings fine, the label isn't cutoff and doesn't disappear. But that's not the solution I want because I like to see what's in the recycle bin. Any ideas?

Happens to me too.....

Still looking for a workable solution....

Any takers??

And nessa... would you be so kind as to tell me which label (the semi-transparent one looks rad!) are you using??

Okay, so I guess it's an Avedesk bug, but I wish there was a solution though.

BTW before anybody else asks for the labels I'm using in the screenshots, they are from Hollywoodgui.com. Because of the site's rules, I can't send them to anyone. So if you want them, go to Hollywoodgui.com, register, and download them yourself.
