Changing font size of a WB theme

ok, so here is my problem :

i am using the Vitae WB theme from mrrste as available on DA.

i wan't to use another font than the default that came with the theme. So i'm choosing Calibri.

So far, so good. But the default size is 9 or so and it goes well with the default font, but with Calibri it needs to be bigger like 10.

I can barely see it on my taskbar.

So i need a program that i could open the existing Vitae WB theme and the setting that i must go in that program to edit the default font and size.

so you know what is the setting?

where i have to go so i can change the default font and size of the WB theme?
