Delete the recycle bin

Is it possible to make the recycle bin disappear? After making my PC look like Mac OS 8, System 7, Mac os 9, I want to go back to the future to Mac OS Jaguar, but I know it does not feaure a recycle bin, it has the trash on the dock... how can I make the recycle bin dissapear?
