Converse Fonts

Anyone know what fonts are used for both the title & sig (if sigs custom, anything that looks simular) I've been though system, google, & dafont.com for an hour now.

I constructed the sample text from your supplied image, and this was what I found. Hope this helps.

Also, I'd be willing to bet that the handwriting isn't a font.
