I recently had to restart explorer and when i opened up my computer the bar on the top with the buttons was all of a sudden huge! I restarted my computer and explorer and it didnt help. I cant drag the bar to make it smaller...it wont let me.. please help!
right click the area, make sure it's not 'locked' ("lock the toolbars" is unchecked), then drag it to the right proportions or try to use customize
It depents, Maybe you have a program that is making this issue, try to close all running apps and try it again, I hope that helps!
