FX - Show favicons on tabs

Hi I'm using the FFX theme found in this download.

And it doesn't show favicons on tabs, selected or not. I don't have any chrome edits or anything that forces them to hide, since all other themes seem to show it, so I'm assuming it's probably got to do with the theme.jar itself. I was wondering if anyone maybe knew where and what to edit to show them? Or a .css code?
