Problem with MenuShade and the Liger Dock.

I downloaded the Liger theme and got it working. Well I just wanted the dock. So I just used the dock. Now my MenuShade is all messed up. The transparencey is gray/silver the same color as the dock. How do I fix this?

EDIT: I have to unistall Liger and then reinstall it after I restart MenuShade.

Its also annoying when I switch desktop pictures. I sometimes either have to choose... Leopard dock or transparent menu bar?
