As the title, is it possible? THX :woot:
Could I Put A Calenda Into Objectdock, Like Y'z?
sure you can if you or a talented developer like albeik or siwu sat down and wrote one for od, im not quite sure how that works though. does od have docklets?
It is possible with a certain programm that ends and starts ObjectDock from the outside and calling on an appropiate icon every day. But thats a workaround at best.
OD does support docklets/plugins, whatever you may call them, but the SDK is undocumented so far, so better wait for it. Since Work on Y'z has stopped, I am sure there will sooner or later be ports of the docklets for Y'z's to OD. At least I hope so

Wait for OD .99. Stardock was holding off on releasing the SDK until it was finalized. They'll let it out when .99 comes out which should be soon.
Yep, i have a calendar docklet i'm working on... well, actually it's done, but I'm going to put in more styles than just a "mac" style (e.g. next, etc) and making it configurable. fyi, it works off of *one* png, not 356
Also, it'll be seamlessly integreated via the od docklet format.
also expect to see a very full featured AIM docklet... haven't started work on that yet though. Will only be including a plugin or two with the initial OD .99 release but will be working on more to release seperatly
back to work, cyaa

Hahaha..just wait for the new OD
Jeff: Will the AIM plugin require the official AIM client? It would be great if it could work with 3rd party clients (though im not sure if this is possible).
Well, the AIM plugin i write will require the official AIM client be running, though of course it's all open for other developers to step in and write their own AIM plugins!
