Austin123, I asked Imageshack to remove the icon you posted as it was pre-release material, owned by Extendmac LLC. and designed by me. It's been run through this board a few times that it is of a beta application that has not yet gone public. I hope you can respect not posting it in the future or otherwise disseminating it.

As it is 128 pixels and there will be fewer and fewer people with the beta icon, otherwise people just have to go to the website and wala, have their very own copy of the 128 pixel png file

Thanks for your thoughtful reply, Austin. I am aware of the icon-resolution PNG on the website, and I don't want to seem like a huge copyright nazi, but we're just keen on keeping the icon off 'unofficial' outlets for a while .
