What did I ever do without my Mac?

Ive been a mac owner/user for exactly 3 weeks now and each week has brought about lots of new little discoveries about my MacBook Pro and OS X and it only helps me confirm my belivief that Apple had desgined one very sleek system that has alot of cool and well thought out ideas.

Most of my discoveries where hardware related but slowly turn software here are some of the ideas that really struck me as being awsome

Ambient light sensors behind the speakers which will activate your back lighting on your keyboard when it detects low lighting condtions

Some sort of auto contrasting screen that seems to adujst the screen brightness to suit the colour of the application currently in view (White Brighter/ Black darker)

the free forms of screen capture for OS X 1.(cmd shift 3) full screen capture 2.(cmd shift 4) cropped selection capture 3.(cmd shift 4 space) selected application capture

And last but not least something i discovered in last 5 mins before posted this Sherlock which basicly acts like a all in one depending on what you want you can have it look for movie times, plane flights stuff like that.

As a final note id just like to add i dont miss Windows one stinkin bit its no where near as well thought out as OS X and im a far more experinced with it than any mac application.

I love my Mac so much and yeah, I would never even think about purchasing another PC. My old PCs used to crash all the time. Now with my Mac it just runs faster and better. Everything is great!

I'm getting a Macbook on Monday. I'm so excited. I've been a Windows user all my life, and I just recently started using Linux (posting this from an Ubuntu machine right now). But I've always lusted after a Mac... o_o

I find my mac helps me in a way it focuses my mind. I can easily use it for days/weeks without using windows for less imprtant things such as my PC games.

Not sure what to do without my Mac but will see soon. It went to Nashville for repair via the Apple Store cause of an illness. 5 to 10 long days of rest and relaxation should bring it back up to speed. So.....back to HP for a bit.
