Icon changing

I've always wanted to customize icons for my movies' folders. Is it possible to change a folder into the movie/dvd box cover?

Example I have a Scarface movie in one folder, can I change it's folder icon to the box art?

I'm not sure if this will work for your movie folders but, Level released it for music folders.

Get img2icns (Google it, and it's a free download). It'll convert any image into an icon format that you can use.

You can very easily change any system/folder icons using a combo of Pixadex and CandyBar. The latter is primarily for changing application icons, for everything else, including stubborn applications, use Pixadex. Just enable the QuickDrop feature, and literally drag and drop the icon you want to change, it should work instantly. And yeah, just make sure the DVD cover you plan to use is in the standard .icns format. Pixadex can do file type conversion, as well.
