Mac gel icon's in JPEG REQUEST

hello.

i really want this icon which says WEBSITE on it. but i cant make one... could someone do it for me??? im going to have it on a black background, and also can it be in jpeg...?

Download the attached file, rename it so that it's extension is .htm or .html, and open it up in Safari.
