Actually, i was looking for a theme like safari for windows or iTunes for windows.

Just buttons on the right with the grey boxes, If there is one floating out there,

WHERE could i find one?

I think there is no one like that. But you can steele the ressources from safari or photoshop it aand than change the buttons in skinstudio...
