I was going to say the exact same thing. I noticed it was a moderator that listed the file though and kept my mouth shut lol.

First one is a personal mod.

Moderator or not it still needs to be reported.

Honest mistakes happen and with over 200 icon artists in my bookmarks there is no way for me to always check.

Yup. As long as someone catches them, we'll fix em. No need to email IconBase though; they have previews of their icons online.
