Firefox Skinning Help

ho, so I'm not that good at this :obvious:

So what I'm trying to do...

Get the toolbar icons (the black ones) from this (slightly buggy) theme..

http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/54394354/

or from this out-dated theme

http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/10429888/

and integrate it into my favorite theme here...

As you can see, "not good" is clearly an understatement, as I managed to make half my icons disappear.

Now before I mess anything else up, I decided I'd ask one of you peeps out here, if you can help me by telling me exactly which parts to replace, or if you can re-pack it and send it over. ;x

---

second thing I want to change is the "compact menu" icon.. to something like the black apple icon I have on my start menu.

Thanks a million

I can't help you with the first question, but I think the following threads may be of assistance for the compact menu icon question:

jlee, if I understand you correctly your first question deals with importing a toolbar theme into another, right? If this is the case, you might want to have a look at a request I made myself a couple of months ago here. It helped me out a lot.

You need to rename the .jar file to .zip and open them. Take the images from one file and replace them in the other. Make sure they are named the same. Then re-zip the file. (it must be zipped and not rared or some other). Rename to .jar and install. If the file version is wrong you need to open the install.rdf file in notepad and set max version to 2.0 or 2.5 or whatever. rezip and rename.
