Hey there,
I would like to know how many Icon Patchers exist.
Personally, I know FlyakiteOSX, XPize and Tango Patcher. Are there any others?
I want to change the look of my PC, but don't know exactly in which direction I should go, that's why I ask this question.

@ c_l_d_j: Thanks for the tip! Do you know if the BricoPacks are multi-lingual and do they have a system file updater just like FlyakiteOSX?
+1 For the Super Tango Patcher! Auto-updates any changes after Windows Updates does its thing. And when you're tired of it (which, for me, won't be for a long time) it's just as easily removed via Add/Remove Programs.
@DZGH: I dunno, I have Vista now so I haven't used it in a while. I know the website I downloaded a lot of the packs from was in French. So they might have French versions maybe?
