Style Builder keeps asking for registration key

First of all, hi! =] I've finally decided to take the plunge and have ago at making some Visual Styles. This leads me to my question. I just downloaded the "free trial" of style builder, but when i go to open it, all i get is a box telling me the registration has failed and then asks me to enter a serial key.

I get the feeling ive downloaded the wrong thing, as it says its a beta version but still the link says free trial.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

ok umm, well try cleaning your registry of anything having to do with style builder, because most of the time uninstalls do not clean out the registry of dead keys. so i guess you would want to go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE --> Styler Builder i guess. delete those keys AND BE CAREFUL.

Ok i'll give it ago, but i havnt put in a cd key, cos its a free trial.

Well i just had a look and there was nothing that looked like it had anything to do with cd keys. is there an older version of style builder i can use?

well, you can always search around Old Apps. You might find something there.

Well, that message seems to indicate it thinks you've installed the program before. Take a look at the support page from TGTSoft, and then try contacting their support to explain the problem.
