[help] Ps7 Wallpaper ?

I was wondering how I set the first layer to show a horizontal and vertical ruler along the border and also how to set the blue lines to help align the images. The only thing I can get on is the grid. :baby:

Ok first thigs first, for the ruler, go to view, and select rulers. For the guides, just click on the ruler, horizontal or vertical and drag to the picture.
