Aqua-Soft Forumsno Symantec Anti Virus? i don't have problems with it.
I use Symantec's Norton Internet Security 2007 (includes Anti-Virus). No problems (at least in Vista). It's given me grief on XP Home & XP MCE 2005.

come to think of it, i have a question about avast.everytime i finish a scan i get a result that says msi.dll located in C:System Volume information is a corrupted CAB archive. When i try to right click repair, i get a repair success, but everytime it still says that msi.dll is still corrupted among other things.
sorry to hijack the thread, but i'm guessing it's better to discuss it here what with anti viruses and such.
My guess is Avast repairs things to remove virus code, but the corruption in yours is probably NOT from any malware. The best I could suggest is, maybe replace the .dll file somehow? Though if it were a big deal I think you'd know by now.
Kaspersky or Nod32 on the lightest real-time settings coupled with Prevx.
NOD32 does a decent job but its the ablitily to purchuse it that lets it down. If i recall correctly you can only purchuse a lience which needs to be renewed yearly for quite a heafty sum of money. I Personally dont like to rent things i either own it or i dont

Kaspersky antivirus is the best!!!!
kaspersky is the best anti virus for security purposes. However if you use it all the time it'll make your machine (especially hard drives) cry as it'll want to scan everything (with its default settings).i'm fine with that and i've never had a problem with it running, in fact its saved my skin a few times too.
google says it might harm my machine? never mind, i have kaspersky, away!
