It's still over 3 months off, not too late to make changes.

I have a hunch that transparent menu bar is most certainly not final...

I hope the transparent menu bar isn't final... I personally don't like the new look - it's too vista-ish... I wish they went with something more like the screenshot above. I HOPE...
