Messenger for Mac 7?

hi there. im currentley using adium X but i dont have webcam support which i use quite alot. so i ahve to switch to vista. i have a macbook oro you see. anyway my contacts dont have Aim accounts or ichat accounts so i cant use ichat to video conferance.

any ideas i there is a beta of Messenger for Mac 7 flying about the net anywhere at all or any infomation on its features etc.??

so...i think what you're asking is if you can use your iSight cam as a webcam?

i've asked that and gotten yelled at too...if that's what you're asking. point is it won't work.

no its not that. i can boot into vista and use my webcam or use amsn to use my webcam i just wanted to know if there was a messenger for mac beta about somewhere i could try.

which could mebby have webcam support.

Umm...maybe msn mac messenger? i wouldn't know becasue i don't use it (on mac, that is.)

yeah i have that but it doesnt support webcam. its baysically just a fancy themed version of windows messenger if yall can remember that pile of crap. what is it with microsoft and there billion versions of stuff . apple have one version with everything in it and its great.but anyways any ideasa on any apps i couldnt find any.

btw im using tiger 10.4.10

Try Yahoo messenger there's a beta version, looks pretty good too last time i had it installed i'm sure there's webcam option in it.

adium doesn't support webcam's.

yahoo on mac does, have a look for macam... then try yahoo

Try Amsn it supports webcam and it works on osx.
