It's vague in terms of step-by-step info, but that's not much needed anyway. Most of it already exists for each of the programs mentioned. This post's purpose is (I think) to point out to Noobs what to search for. A useful list, anyway

Streamline? Really?

Unless Kavin has updated it in the last two years, how about Leopard, by Blitzr? Also, if you're using WB5 you can make the taskbar transparent using that.
