VistaXT Final Release

Yep here it is people the final release of my VistaXT theme.

Heres the changelog for the final version:

-MAJOR CHANGE: Theme is no longer purple, the theme is now a darkish blue

-New Smoother blended taskbar

-New icons for folders in Imageres.dll (also included imageres.dll with normal icons)

-Taskbar up the top now fits in with the theme (FInally!)

-New Shutdown/Logoff Buttons in start menu

-Changes to the login screen

-New user picture container in start menu

-Text on window borders defualts to white for better visibility

-Bug fixes throughout

-Windows Media Player fits into the Basic theme now

-New Push Buttons

-Other things I've forgotten

Well there we go, this is the last release unless a major bug is found which I will fix
