iTunes Visual C++ Error

grrr... i started Itunes this morning... and i had this anoyingly stupid message

what should i do...? re-install itunes? or just find a new .exe and stick that in the itunes directory?

i have install the new itunes version 7.3

thanks for that, i just downloaded 7.3 it works... probly exe screwd up :s

there is no difference between that and the rest of the other Itunes.. getting a bit boring
