Problem with Explorer bar

I uninstalled Flyakite OSX roughly a year ago, and since then I've had the problem of the Tree View Explorer bar always comming up whenever I opened explorer. Till now, this was only a minor pain, but recently I've tried installing FindeXer (great application by the way). I can set FindeXer as the Explorer bar, but when if I close the window and reopen it explorer goes back to tree view and FindeXer isn't even listed as an option.

I have no idea how to fix this, but I'm willing to try anything, so please, anyone have any ideas?

I think you can modify the solution in the following threads:

Except instead of "find," your default action is set to "explore." I think the different between "explore" and "open" (or maybe it was "none) is that they both open up explorer.exe, but "explore" adds an extra parameter--perhaps "l."

Hope this was clear!

It took a bit of tinkering, but I figured out what you ment, and it's fixed! :)

The default was set to explore, instead of open, so I just changed that and now everythings working correctly.

Thanks!
