I'm guessing these are other peoples work. Somebody with that talent either:

a) Has heard of Deviantart and would have released his work over there. Not some image-hosting site.

or

Knows that releasing a wallpaper in 1024x768 is so last century.

If it turns out to be his work, then my bad. But if it isn't I would rather see written permissions, before I comment on any of them.
