Removing different shades of white from a picture

I need help i have a picture with a white backround but the thing is it has different shades so its hard to fimm i want to remove ALL the white shades like a PNG format but I want it to be all removed!

If theirs no white in the image you want to remove the shades of white from, and if your running AdobePhotoshop (which Im assuming) changing the blend mode to 'multiply' removes all white from that layer/image (the oppisite being 'screen' which removes all black).. Theirs a bunch of different ways to do it, but given your vauge request I'm assuming this is what your looking for,
