Some help with kkMenu skin development...

Hi!

I'm currently trying to emulate (as many people) this new OS X Leopard Dock new feature called "Stacks".

I have heard some ppl say: FlyOut Menu for OD is a good idea, but it doesn't even look similar.

Someone posted that a KkMenu skin would be a better idea and i'm trying to develop a skin.

(I've never made a skin for KkMenu before)

Here are my results:

But i've got some questions:

1) Is it possible to put icons in the left side and text on right side like in the real thing? If possible, tell me how, 'cause i can't figure it.

2) I've been working with the Tiger skin as a base. I made transparent the background elements with PS, but now it doesn't show anything else. I only want to show the little img around the text, like in the real thing.

3) I think that the "curve" effect isn't possible to clone, but please inform me if possible.

If u want me to post the png image or the ini file just request it.

id love a docklet that mimicked stacks icon but im quite will to except the next best thing.

Anyways can u tell me Linwe what programs and skins u used to create your version of stacks?

Wouldn't the box stile one be easer?

I'm not saying this isn't totally amazing, just that you should try, after this one, to make a box stile one.

P.S: was it me who sed this would be a good idea?

@AntAstrophY: It's Kk Menu, a progrm that enables to create customized menu docklets. It works with ObjectDock. (I think it supports another docks, too)
