Thanks, I had to uninstall Multi-Plugin, then iTunes, then install iTunes 7.3, uninstall that, then install iTunes+MP again. Thanks for that Apple, theres 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back....
I had this problem with the RUNTIME again... GRR
It seems that the only way to correct it is to always uninstall the previous version, RESTART, download the latest version, install it, RESTART, heck that it runs, Uninstall it, then install version 7.02 and the multiplugin.
what a carry on. 
its also happening to me and Im not using multi-plugin so it seems its an itunes problem
